Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Ticket Sales
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Those purchasing multiple tickets for multiple attendees should provide all names of those attending in the designated box upon checkout.
Flights, transportation, and accommodations are NOT included with purchase. Travel insurance is encouraged.
Talent Cancellations
All talent is subject to change and/or cancel at any time. All announced talent have contractually committed to attend the event. However, as is standard practice in the entertainment industry, all talent has the right to cancel their appearance if there are circumstances that require them to do so such as a film/work project, illness, or force majeure. Should an announced talent cancel their appearance, or other participation, Enrapture Entertainment will do their best to replace them with a similar and comparable guest and/or work to rebook them for another future event. Please note that replacements are not guaranteed and we do not suggest purchasing tickets based on the announcement of one sole talent/individual. When you purchase a ticket you are purchasing a ticket to an event, not the appearance of one particular talent. All sales are non-refundable and non-transferable even in the event of a talent cancellation. The only exception to this policy are our meet and greet tickets, which are refundable in the event of a specific talent cancellation.
Code Of Conduct + Anti Harassment Policy
Enrapture Entertainment has a zero tolerance policy for harassment and disorderly conduct of any kind. Such conduct includes but is not limited to stalking, offensive verbal comments, physical assault, harassing or unwanted photography or recording, continuous disruption, inappropriate physical contact, etc.
Enrapture Entertainment reserves the right to refuse admission to, or remove, anyone who displays disorderly and/or inappropriate conduct or otherwise violates any of the above mentioned. Anyone who is refused admission or removed for such behavior will not receive a refund or be allowed re-admission.
During the event, if someone’s behavior makes you uncomfortable, please locate an event staff member so they can access the situation and said individual.
Weapon Policy
Enrapture Entertainment has a zero tolerance policy for weaponry. Weapons of any kind are forbidden on the premises. This includes all firearms and air-soft guns. This also applies to attendees who may have a permit or license to carry said weapon. Any person found to be carrying a weapon of any kind will have their ticket for the event revoked and will be denied entry or removed from the event space.
Bag Policy
Attendees are strongly encouraged to refrain from bringing any large bags and/or personal items. All bags and belongings are subject to search upon entry. Each guest is entitled to bring with them (1) clear personal bag, clutch or wallet. Personal bags are to be no larger than 12" x 12” x 6".
Security
Enrapture Entertainment will have on site security throughout the duration of all events. All attendees and their belongings are subject to search. Upon arrival, all attendees should be prepared to be screened by security with hand held metal detectors. Additionally, all hand bags/personal belongings will be searched upon entry.
Accessibility Services
Enrapture Entertainment does not have a set definition of what is or is not a disability or access need. A partial list of covered conditions is below. Other conditions may qualify. Specific questions can be sent support@enraptureentertainment.com
Mobility aids: wheelchair, electric scooter, crutches, walker, cane, etc.
Joint or muscle damage or disorders, including temporary and permanent conditions
Breathing or lung disorders, including but not limited to Cystic Fibrosis, Emphysema, and COPD
Mental health disorders, including but not limited to Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, and OCD
Down Syndrome and other developmental disorders
Autism and related disorders
Deafness or hard of hearing
Blindness or low vision
Heart conditions
Recent surgeries
Broken bones
Pregnancy
Attendees with a disability and/or those requiring the support of another person to attend the event can apply for a free companion ticket for their support person. To qualify, the support person must be trained to provide vital medical, physical, or psychological support to the extent that an attendee with a disability or access need could not attend the event on their own. Approved support persons will be issued one (1) companion ticket to the event. There is a strict limit of one (1) support person per attendee with a disability or access need.
When applying for a free companion ticket, an attendee with a disability or access need may be asked to provide documentation as outlined below. All attendees must apply for this extra ticket before the event. In the event that an application is denied, attendees will have the option of purchasing an additional ticket if available. All applications are subject to thorough review.
US Residents: Attendees must submit one (1) of the following forms of documentation:
Letter confirming level of need from appropriate professional OR
Detailed description of support needed from the proposed support person

Service Animals
Service Animals are permitted at every Enrapture Entertainment event.
USA: In accordance with ADA law, Enrapture Entertainment defines a service animal as a guide dog, signal dog, or other animal individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability.
While Emotional Support Animals or Comfort Animals are often used as part of a medical treatment plan as therapy animals, they are NOT considered service animals under the ADA. Therefore, emotional support animals will NOT be permitted at Enrapture Entertainment events.
Visual + Hearing Impaired
Enrapture Entertainment will provide sign language interpreters at all events. The interpreters will be certified in that country’s sign language, ASL for U.S. shows. Interpreters will be able to assist attendees in all areas of the event.
Requests for interpreters should be made a minimum of three (3) weeks before the event, to ensure availability. Requests can be sent to support@enraptureentertainment.com
Tactile or transliteration interpreters can be provided with additional advance notice. Attendees should request these specialized services a minimum of five (5) weeks before the event. Requests can be sent to support@enraptureentertainment.com
